Salmon roses, with carmine reflections. Fresh and tasty, with vivid acidity and notes of small red fruits. Notes of hawthorn flowers, green apple, almonds and wild cherries. Short maceration period for color extraction. Stainless steel fermentation and malolactic fermentation for 80% of the wine. Stored for 6 months in tanks and another 2 in glass.
