Ruby red. Aromas of cherries and plums, well balanced, with a predominance of red fruits. Aromas of raspberries, cherries, plums and blueberries, with notes of spices, in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Fermented and soaked for 10-12 days. Matured for 8 months in small American oak barrels (20-40% wine), and the rest aged in stainless steel vats.
