Budureasca Royal Maiden of Transylvania
The Romanian grapes of Feteasca Royal were picked by hand at full maturity so that the wine acquires aromas intense and mineral properties. It is fermented at around 14°C for two weeks. During fermentation, the wine is left on the lees by applying the technique known as stirring (mixture of yeasts in the mass of the wine to obtain structure and softness).
