Variety: Glera.
Colour: A sparkling wine with a lovely straw yellow colour, enhanced by light greenish highlights and a cheerful, very fine perlage.
Bouquet: fragrant and fruity; with notes of yellow fruits and white peaches and delicately floral. With a slight hint of acacia flowers and citrus notes.
Taste: good structure and a confident mouthfeel which, combined with the acidic structure, makes the wine pleasantly fresh. The long finish is enlivened by subtly aromatic tones.
Serving temperature: 5-7 ° C, opened immediately before serving.
