Variety: Ruggeri Rosé di Pinot Spumante Brut is a blend of Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay.
Color: Pale pink.
Bouquet: Strong, persistent and very fine, with aromas of peaches, apricots and red currants.
Taste: Dry and refreshing, balanced, well-structured and superbly velvety, with a fine and dense perlage and a fruity, persistent finish.
Food pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with cold starters, pasta without filling and white meat steaks.
Serving temperature: 5-7°C.
