Variety: Glera
Color: Light straw-yellow with delicate green reflections and elegant, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Elegant and exuberant with a bouquet of white flowers, honey, citrus and wild herbs.
Taste: Fresh, fruity and floral, with an aromatic profile leading to fresh summer pear aromas intertwined with notes of white flowers and wild herbs; balanced, with lively acidity and a delicate mineral note; long finish, on citrus notes.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif or with crustaceans and molluscs or with fish dishes, seafood risotto, sushi, fish tartar, marinated fish, couscous, vegetables.
Serving temperature: 5-7°C. Made from grapes from the best area of the DOCG – the hills of Conegliano. Cartizze, with its 106 ha, produces the best wines.
Vinified “in white”, that is, without skins, at 16°C. Slow fermentation in large vats at 14-15°C.
