Occultus is produced from organic grapes. Occultus arose from the need to allow the best wines produced by Senator Wine to express themselves in their true potential. And the perfection of the expression of some wines is their blend. more than two, and the resulting wines have independent personalities. And, most importantly, they can be created only in Romania, because they are composed of pure Romanian varieties. Occultus was created from Cabernet Sauvignon, Feteasca Black and Babeasca Black wines. Color: clear, bright, intense garnet red. Bouquet: complex, berries, blackcurrants, blueberries and overripe fruits (plums and cherries), but also with shades of dark chocolate Taste: dry reveals a balanced wine with nuances of aging, long, clean, with alcohol, tannin and acidity very well integrated. It is an extractive wine, full-bodied fruity, with aromas of berries, cherry jam, chocolate and spices. Serving temperature 16-18 ° C Culinary associations: the oenogastronomy of this wine urges us to a beef muscle in peanut crust with chestnut sauce and berries.
