Translucent yellow. Pleasant, with a sweet almond finish. Delicate, with aromas of wildflowers, chamomile, shock and iris. Skin contact 4-12 hours, followed by pressing. Left to cool for 12-24 hours and then fermented in stainless steel vats. After malolactic fermentation it is kept in stainless steel for 8 months.
