Spumant Brut Panciu RiservaA product obtained by Asti technology – a special method for obtaining aromatic grape sparkling wines that has its origins in the region of the same name in Italy, where the fermentation process is blocked by refrigeration to protect variety aromas and natural sugars. Due to the specificity of the bitten variety, the sparkling wine has a special aroma of tropical fruits, with intense notes of basil and rose, which come as a unique explosion during pearl in the glass. Variety notes: PINOT NOIR 75%, ROYAL GIRL 25% secondary fermentation method, similar to that used to produce the famous Prosecco in Italy. Tasting notes: It has a straw-yellow color, fine and persistent pearl with a complex olfactory palette: citrus aromas, Whiteflowers, green apples and delicate notes of pastry fine.
