Gitana Sisters

This complex and mineral Rose with a vivid color, reveals the citrus aromas (grapefruit) followed by strawberries and May cherries. The lively acidity supports the intense taste obtained from Rare Black and Saperavi.

Grapes are picked by hand, once they have reached phenolic maturity, and are then carefully selected on the sorting tables. The must ferments for 15-18 days at a temperature of 12°C.

It is a dry, rich and balanced wine in the palace, with a very good fruitiness and prolonged finish.

Color: pale pink.

Bouquet: citrus, herbs, fruit.

Taste: cherries, cloves, strawberries, blackberries, acacia flowers, mineral.

Culinary associations: recommended with ducks in orange sauce, chicken breast with cherries and black pepper, pasta, seafood, fish or cheese.

Serving temperature: 6 – 8°C.
