Brownish red with purple hues. Black cherries, cedar and tobacco accompanied by a lively acidity and firm tannins that lead to a long finish. Expressive aromas of red currants, plums, chocolate with hints of skin and sage. Marinated at 5ºC for 7 days and then fermented for 6 days at temperature reaching 32ºC. 3 days of maceration after fermentation and then matured in French oak for 11 months (65% new, 35% cycle II and III). Also aged in glass for another 6 months.
