Tenuta Di San Guido Le Difese is a wine produced from 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese. Color: Dark ruby red. Bouquet >: Aromas of black berries, with notes of vanilla and sweet spices. Taste: High body, well balanced and with soft tannins. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 30-31 ° C in stainless steel. Individual maceration 9-12 days for Cabernet Sauvignon and 15-18 days for Sangiovese. Maturation in oak barrels for 12 months, previously used for GuidWhiterto and Sassicaia. It is released after 3 months of aging in glass.
