This ripasso superiore originates in the rough and steep terrain of the Garbi Mountains. It’s a really interesting combination of young Valpolicella and Amarone.
Variety: Corvina and Corvinone 70% – Rondinella 20% – Croatina and Oseleta 10%.
Color: Ruby red.
Bouquet: Red fruits and cherries.
Taste: Dry, soft, comforting, fresh, savory and just tannic with a spicy aftertaste.
Food pairings: Serve Tenuta Sant’Antonio Valpolicella Monti Garbi with pasta entrees with meat ragout and Italian sauces. Grilled, roasted or stewed white meat and hard cheeses.
