The Feteasca Black variety was chosen to create the wine named after the founder SERVE; Guy de Poix.
Grapes harvested by hand in early October from the best plots lend maximum fragrance and taste to the wines. Only the best of these wines aged in French barrels for 8-12 months are chosen to be part of the vats.
Stored in optimal conditions of light, temperature and humidity.
