The story of the SERVE winery begins in 1993 when a French accountant, Guy Tyrel de Poix, visited Romania. SERVE made its name in the Romanian wine industry by obtaining the first dry rosé wine and the first cuvée, Cuvée Charlotte, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Fetească Neagră. Brands: Vinul Cavalerului, Terra Romana, Cuvée Amaury, Cuvée Charlotte, Cuvée Guy de Poix.
