Ruby red, with brick reflections. The body is full, velvety, with well-polished tannins. In the juicy aftertaste it makes its presence felt and a mineral-salty note. A persistent and intense wine, with fascinating aromas of red fruits, tea leaves, wooden box and rejuvenated earth, with pro impressions The grapes come from vineyards over 35 years old. Fermentation and maceration takes place in a small, open barrels, the must being homogenized manually several times a day. Afterwards, it was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, followed by another 6 months in glass.
