The Dark Count of Transylvania Cabernet Feteasca Black
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were vinified separately from Feteasca Black. Their harvest started later to obtain more consistent wines and the grapes were selected and sorted on a special table to maintain a high level of quality. 40% of both wines were aged in American and Romanian oak barrels for 12 months. It has great bottle aging potential.
Color: it is a dark ruby wine.
Bouquet: with complex aromas of blueberry, blackberry, balsamic sensations reminiscent of rosemary, spices and fine oak notes.
Taste: a taste pleasant berries, well-integrated tannins and a sweet aftertaste.
Food pairings: it goes wonderfully with grilled meat and pasta in sauces as well as with dishes based on duck breast, beef or mutton.
Serving temperature: this wine is best served at a temperature of 15-17°C.
