The grapes are harvested at their full potential so that the wine acquires intense aromas and mineral properties. It is fermented at around 14°C for two weeks. During fermentation, the wine is left on the lees by applying the so-called batonnage technique (mixing the yeasts in the mass of the wine to obtain structure and softness).
Color: greenish yellow.
Bouquet: aromas of pear and blackberry combined with a very fresh and clean acidity.
Taste: a well-balanced wine, with a pleasant taste of juicy pear and a mineral touch in aftertaste.
