With vineyards spread over seven hills, the Tohani estate benefits from an excellent climate and a generous south-easterly orientation. Which gives the grapes an extra 14 days of sun exposure per year. 365 hectares cultivated along the 45 degree parallel enjoy the Mediterranean microclimate, which ensures the Aromatic and Chromatic intensity of Tohani wines.

The blend of Feteasca Neagra, Pinot Noir and Merlot creates a masculine, intense, consistent and dense wine. Which must be decanted at least half an hour before being served.

Colour: Ruby ​​red.

Bouquet: Intense shades of bitter Cherries and well-ripened Blackberries, sprinkled with Cinnamon and cloves.

Taste: Rich aromas of dried plum, Blueberry, Cherries, plum jam, woody notes and sweet spices.

Culinary combinations:  Serve with beef, lamb and game but also with cheese or dark chocolate.
