With vineyards spread over seven hills, the Tohani estate benefits from an excellent climate and a generous south-easterly orientation. Which gives the grapes an extra 14 days of sun exposure per year. 365 hectares cultivated along the 45 degree parallel enjoy the Mediterranean microclimate, which ensures the aromatic and chromatic intensity of Tohani wines.
The Princiar wine range represents the most sincere expression of the grape varieties from which they are produced.
Colour: Ruby red.
Bouquet: Black and red fruits, delicately wrapped in bitter chocolate and spices.
Taste:Intense aromas of Blackberries, Blueberries, oak wood, vanilla, freshly ground coffee and a bit of chocolate.
Culinary combinations: Goes very well with pasta with red sauce or dishes based on red meat
Serving temperature: 14-18°C.
