Tsantali Makedonikos White6 x 750ml Grape varieties: Roditis, Athiri. Category: Protected Geographical Indication “Makedonia”. The soil is sandy clay, rich in minerals. The climate is continental, balanced with sufficient humidity, in northern Macedonia. In Central Macedonia, the climate is moderate, with adequate humidity for perfect grape ripening; long summer days, light rains and cold nights. Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperaturecontrol, at low temperaturecarefully controlled. Color: a wine crystalline White with shades of fresh green. Bouquet: the most prominent aromas on the nose are those of Whiteflowers and lavender. Taste : on the palate the wine is dry with crunchy acidity which gives it freshness and which, in combinestion with the juices of juicy fruits, gives it a pleasant and intense aftertaste. Serving temperature 10- 12C Culinary combinations: delicious with seafood, cod fried with garlic, fried squid.
