Villa Sandi Asolo Nero Extra Brut is an Asolo prosecco superiore DOCG Extra Brut sparkling wine.
Production area: D.O.C.G. The “Asolo Prosecco” area is located in the Veneto region, north of Venice, in the province of Treviso, on the hills of Montello and Colli Asolani, at the foot of the Dolomites. The hills are composed of decarbonated soils, of medium depth. This area is characterized by mild springs, hot summers and mild autumns. The vineyards are Biodiversity Friend certified.
Color: pale straw yellow with fine perlage in the glass.
Bouquet: very fruity, floral and elegant with notes of acacia flowers.
Gus: slightly sweet and soft. Long lasting and harmonious finish.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs and herbal first courses.
