SERVE The Knight’s Wine Pinot Noir wine comes from grapes harvested by hand from SERVE plantations in Ceptura. The vinification takes place at a temperature of 25-27 °C, for 10 days, with the recirculation of the must.
Color: ruby red, bright.
Bouquet: cherries and red berries such as raspberries and red currants.
Taste: elegant taste, with hints of raspberries and cherries. Supported by fine tannins and a pleasant acidity, which gives freshness to the wine.
Serving temperature: 13-15°C. Pinot Noir is one of the few red wines suitable for serving during the summer.
Food pairings: pizza, white meat dishes, duck, lamb, cold cuts, goat cheese.
