Straw-yellow, with greenish reflections. Fresh and condensed, with notes of bergamot, pears, nectarines and Whitecurrants. Over time, it acquires a mineral and spicy character, with aromas of flint, rosemary and saffron. Intense notes of acacia and linden flowers. The presence of the Fiano variety in the assembly brings an extra freshness and notes of fern, musk and mint. Vermentino was fermented in stainless steel tanks, while Viognier was matured in oak wood, part of the quantity being matured on yeast.
