Cuvee de Purcari Sparkling White is fresh and translucent, and the fine beading completes the unique character of the series. Like the other two varieties in the range, the Extra Brut range pays homage to the generations of winemakers involved in the creation of Purcari wines for almost two centuries.
Variety: 60% Chardonnay; 25% Pinot Blanc; 15% Pinot Noir.
Color: light yellow.
Bouquet: expressive, fresh. Bouquet dominated by the gentle scent of citrus fruits.
Taste: rich citrus aroma gently complemented by mineral accents. Aftertaste is long, balanced culinary.
Combinations: fish; mussels, desserts.
Serving temperature: 6 – 8 °C.
Founded in 1827. Purcari Winery is the oldest winery in Moldova. In two centuries Purcari managed to become a popular winery in Central and Western Europe. According to Decanter, DAWA and also Effervescent du Monde.
