Jidvei has been producing sparkling wines using traditional methods for over 60 years.
Fermented, clarified and delivered in the same bottle as the second fermentation. This gives them their signature pearl.
At least one year required for the production of sparkling wines. The operations carried out during this time – steeping, fermentation, stirring, disgorging – are carried out by hand. Made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes.
