Margaritar sparkling wines are made using the Charmat method. Contains the second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A technological process that closely monitors the temperature and carbon dioxide levels of the fermentation. This helps preserve the characteristics of the wine varieties.

Margaritar sparkling wines are made from varieties established for making traditional sparkling wines – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. It also has representative varieties for the Tarnave winery, such as Feteasca Regala. Characterized by freshness, fruitiness and delicate pearls.

Made from the Pinot Noir variety. The delicate notes of roses, the aromas of berries, among which the red currants stand out. Present a balanced acidity, similar to pomegranate. A sparkling wine with reflections of cherries that impress with their velvety texture and persistent pearl.

Color: clear; fine and persistent mother-of-pearl; pink – salmon-colored.

Bouquet: subtle and fresh; fruity; lychee; raspberry; mineral.
