Jidvei has been producing sparkling wines using traditional methods for over 60 years. Fermented, clarified and delivered in the same bottle as the second fermentation. This gives the wine its signature pearl.
Jidvei Sparkling Wine Extra Dry is made from the Feteasca Royal, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties. Characterized by its subtle and persistent pearl, floral notes – bread. As well as the aromas of peach, pear and citrus fruits. Serve well chilled.
Color: clear; fine and persistent pearl; pale yellow.
Bouquet: floral; fruity; mineral.
Taste: lively pearl; peach; fresh apple; pear; lime zest, lychee, notes of autolysis.
