Purcari 1827 Pinot Grigio is a white, dry, elegant and friendly wine obtained from grapes selected and harvested by hand. Vinified according to the traditional method.
The range is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, during which time it outlines a complex character and completes its aromatic bouquet.
The wine has four international medals and wins for honesty of taste.
Colour: light straw yellow.
Bouquet: fresh aroma framed by light notes of green apples and pears.
Taste: fruity, invigorating, pleasant, with a balanced acidity that shows harmonious nuances in the long aftertaste.
Culinary combinations: fish dishes, shellfish, chicken, hard cheese and grilled vegetables; fresh vegetables, raw fish and light appetizers, sushi, seafood.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
Founded in 1827, Purcari Winery is the oldest winery in Moldova. In two centuries has managed to become a popular winery in Central and Western Europe according to Decanter, DAWA and also Effervescent du Monde.
