Purcari Icewine is a wine recommended for a unique, complex taste experience. Obtained from Muscat Ottonel and Traminer grapes. Harvested manually at a temperature of -6/-8℃.
After crossing the threshold of the optimal harvest time, the grapes are left for a long time until they freeze in winter. They are then crushed. Vinified, using the traditional method to obtain a highly aromatic wine. The acidity of the range balances the sweetness of the bouquet, adding an extra freshness to the drink.
Bouquet: exotic fruits and honey; subtle accents of spices and blow flowers.
Palate: complex blend of fruity notes. Particularly lychee; pineapple and quince; spices; rose petals and acacia honey.
