Purcari Sapiens Rare Black is made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 9 months in new French oak barrique.
Grapes: 100% Rare Black.
Color: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: aromas of prunes, blackberries, cinnamon. Wrapped around the opulent, hence a playful taste.
Taste: feel the explosion of berries, anchored in the vanilla aroma of the well-roasted oak barrel.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C.
Founded in 1827, Purcari Winery is the oldest winery in Moldova, which in two centuries has managed to become a popular winery in Central and Western Europe according to Decanter, DAWA and Effervescent du Monde. Cantine Purcari wines are real a treasure.
