Named after the eldest daughter of the company’s founder, Count Guy de POIX. An imposing blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 14%, and Feteasca Black 36%.
Bouquet: The olfactory impact is strong, dominated by violets, prunes, raisins, tobacco, cinnamon, truffles.
Taste: red fruits, blueberries, blackberries and fine and elegant tannins. A full-bodied, balanced wine, with a sweet, long and persistent aftertaste.
Food pairings: red meat, such as grilled Argentine beef, baked lamb or game meat. Complete the menu with a variety of matured cheeses and you will get a sublime taste. Don’t forget the dessert, the dark chocolate will complete the smell of cinnamon, truffles, currants and blueberries.
Serving temperature: 16 -17 °C.
