Grapes are hand-picked and selected from the vineyard. Vinified separately in concrete vessels, according to local tradition, with manual dipping of the hat.
Color: bright ruby red.
Bouquet: fruity, cherry, sour cherry, spicy, almond kernel.
Taste: fruity, well-ripened cherry, raspberry, blackberry blue. A rich and delicate body with fine tannins.
Food pairings: baked lamb, duck steak, pasta bolognese, baked game, fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 13 – 14 °C, with a previous aeration of about 1.5-2 hours. Potential aging: 8 – 10 years.
