A beautiful story about the power to persevere and the emotion of discovery that fuels curiosity.
The vinification is carried out carefully with experience and modern equipment. Along with the fermentation and blending process, the wines are matured in stainless steel vessels or in oak barrels.
Color: intense red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: barrel-aged wine scent with aromas of black pepper, prunes and notes of ripe red fruits and raisins.
Taste: black fruits, blackberries, blueberries and ripe plums remain persistently on the papillae. Fine but strong tannins that give a long and astringent finish.
Food pairings: baked lamb, austrian goulash with beef and hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 15 – 16 °C. (Aging potential: 8 to 10 years).
