Bouquet: fruity accents of green apple and golden pears, juicy
Taste: Intense aromas, floral-fruity, with a perfectly dosed acidity that is preserved until aftertaste
Food pairings: However, the expression is also complimented by seafood or light cheese dishes, which nicely emphasize its aromatic line.

SERVE was born from a dream, a dream of the founder, Count Guy Tyrel of POIX (French wine producer and owner of 50 ha of vineyards in Corsica – Peraldi Domain). He chose Romania, intuiting the qualitative potential of the Romanian wine regions. In 1994, Guy founded the first private wine company in Romania since 1989: the Euro-Romanian Society of Exceptional Wines (SERVE)
