SERVE Terra Romana Milenium Red

SERVE is a beautiful story about the power to persevere and the emotion of discovery that fuels curiosity. SERVE (Euro-Romanian Society of Exceptional Wines) was established in 1994.

In the early 2000s, investments were made in the construction of its own winery. Completely new, close to the vineyards of Ceptura. In the following years, SERVE made the first bottling of its wines and the vinification of the first grapes from its own harvest.

Color: Ruby-red, intense.

Bouquet: Wine is an expression of all the aromas that accompany the beautiful feelings of the last warm days of autumn and the first days of the cold season. Berries, orchards and spices; prepare for a cooler atmosphere. Can be warmed by the love of life, starting with a passionate red wine.

Taste: Complex and robust. A wine that combines the aroma of fruit ripe blacks; dark chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla from the first hot drinks of the season; the coffee of every morning, the raisins and the must that announces autumn.

Food pairings: Fruity character, suitable acidity. Strong tannins and well-integrated alcohol are the right ingredients for red beef dishes; lamb or game, hard cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.

Serving temperature: 15 – 17 °C.
