In the grapes of a Pinot Noir you will find the power of the unstoppable rain and the wind that lays the branches of centuries-old trees to the ground.

Perhaps you will sense the taste of berries that decide their own fate, depending on the sun. In their evolution into wine, the Pinot Noir grapes preserve the memory of the heady aromas of black cherries, raisins and mushrooms.

Color: deep red color.

Bouquet: cherry, spiced, almond kernel, vanilla.

Taste: fruity, well ripe cherry, raspberry, blueberry, fine tannins, delicate, persistent.

Serving temperature: 12 – 14 °C. Aging potential: 8-10 years.

SERVE was born from a dream, a dream of the founder, Count Guy Tyrel of POIX. In Romania in 1993, Count Guy de POIX (French wine producer and owner of 50 ha of vineyards in Corsica – Peraldi Domain) chose Romania, intuiting the qualitative potential of the Romanian wine regions.
