Obtained from Merlot, is a light and fresh wine. The grapes, picked and handcrafted in the early hours of the day, are transported to the winery. Store in refrigerated containers until what do I get at the optimum temperature for processing. The must, obtained by pressing in pneumatic presses, is fermented at controlled temperature, then stabilized and bottle, to keep the flavors and freshness intact.
