SERVE The Knight’s Wine Sauvignon Blanc
A typical wine, fresh and direct with the smell of exotic reds, passion fruit, peach, kiwi. Fresh, intense and elegant taste of exotic fruits and peach. Balanced with a good acidity dosed, related to alcohol and sugar, persistent both in aromas and full-bodied.
Harvested in 250 kg crates and transported to the winery in refrigerated trucks at a temperature of 8°C, the grapes are then sorted a second time at the reception in the winery.
They are first unraveled and then crushed, transported with the help of rubber bands directly to the pneumatic press. After pressing, the must is vinified according to the most modern techniques, at a temperature of 17 – 18 °C. A process that lasts about 3 weeks. family, accompanies the evening meal with the stories of the day.

SERVE was born from a dream, a dream of the founder, Count Guy Tyrel of POIXIn Romania in 1993, despite the seeming discouragement, less than 4 years after the revolution, Count Guy de POIX (French wine producer and owner of 50 ha of vineyards in Corsica – Peraldi Domain) chose Romania, intuiting the qualitative potential of the Romanian wine regions.
Thus, in 1994, Guy founded the first private wine company in Romania since 1989: the Euro-Romanian Society of Exceptional Wines (SERVE)
